Inspiring Young Minds Ahead

​Our nonprofit was founded to shape the next generation of young women by fostering confidence, connection, character, and caring. At a time when many girls are told who they should be, we affirm that their potential is vast and truly beyond measure!!  Providing young girls with the tools and support necessary to adjust to life’s challenges, whether emotional, physical, or social.   Through mentorship, education, and community, we seek to uplift and prepare girls to become confident young women who lead with grace and integrity. Vision and Role We envision a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to pursue her dreams. We recognize that many girls face challenges and barriers that make reaching their potential more difficult for them than their peers. The programs intentional curriculum places an emphasis on developing, competence, confidence, connection, character, caring and contribution in young girls through lessons that incorporate life skills curriculum is delivered by caring and competent coaches who are trained to teach lessons as intended. Classes are generally held at least once a week. Research shows that Beyond the Runway has a positive impact on all participants and has the greatest impact on girls who enter the program with lower perceptions of their physical, social and emotional competencies. We are committed to providing programming to participants from all communities and backgrounds. When we work on becoming the woman God intends for us to be. We will attract the man God intends for us to have. It is imperative for us to know our nature so that we know what our nature demands, happiness is impossible if you cannot be yourself. Organizational Role Beyond the Runway provides programs designed to strengthen girls’ life skills, promote confidence, and encourage leadership. We serve girls ages 8 to 18 through three core initiatives: 1.1. Mentoring Program – “Pursuing Excellence” This program pairs girls with caring mentors who guide them in developing confidence, discipline, and purpose. Through one-on-one and group mentoring, girls learn to pursue excellence in academics, relationships, and personal growth. 2.2. Leadership Development Program – “Becoming Great Leaders” This program equips girls with essential life and leadership skills that prepare them to lead with integrity, compassion, and confidence. Participants engage in workshops and activities that promote decision-making, goal setting, communication, and teamwork—building a foundation for lifelong success. 3.3. Personal Empowerment Program – “Strong, Safe, and Self-Aware” This program focuses on helping girls understand and manage their emotions, set personal goals, and build self-defense skills while addressing bullying prevention and self-respect. Through this initiative, girls learn how to stand strong, protect their peace, and respond to challenges with confidence and courage. Beyond the Runway is more than a program—it’s a movement that empowers girls to grow, lead, and thrive beyond expectations, beyond barriers, and beyond the runway.
